Neuro Lingusitic Programming (NLP) is a body of information on effective communication and personal change.  It offers a wide range of models to understand how people think, behave and change.  It provides a flexible approach to bring about positive and rapid  change in individuals, families and organisations.

 

Dr Dayal Mirchandani organised one of the first intensive advanced NLP trainings in Mumbai India by Dr Richard McHugh in 1987 at the G.K. Piramal Memorial Hospital.  Since then, some of our members have continually upgraded and updated their skills at a study group utilising training materials of some of the leading lights of NLP such as Richard Bandler, John Grinder, Robert Dilts, Rex Sykes, Judith DeLozier and others including newer innovations such as Generative NLP, Meta States, Design Engineering and Neuro-Hypno Patterning.

 

We  conduct occasional week-end workshops and an ongoing  intensive course on Neorolinguistic programming and coaching for counsellors and others who want to  assist others or become much more persuasive communicators.
